Uncommon Sense Blog is basically a clearing house for the non-sensical ravings of loudmouth malcontents like the founders, Kat Malone, Austin Hess, and Amanda Hess.The focus is going to be on politics (though we reserve the right to write about whatever we damn well please), with a libertarian and/or conservative perspective.

The impetus for the creation of this website is our shared perception that common sense has become alarmingly uncommon in politics, hence the motto: "Because Common Sense just isn't so common anymore..."

We've all become very engaged in politics in various capacities, and we hope that this website will help us reach a larger audience. Our focus will be largely on MA politics, but we will rant and rave about national politics as well (of course)

We want this site to grow, and we would love to add new contributors. However, we'll do more careful vetting than Obama, and we'll most likely limit it to people that we know and can vouch for in real life. If you think that includes you, let us know.
